The room is average but the food is too much costly according to the market price.The staff of the hotel was not act properly with my driver. I do not recommend any one to go to this hotel. Not good..

To visit debbhumi Himachal this hotel is amazing for stay. The view point and hotel. Service all are exception.hotel is located at nice position and like stay on hotel having experince of heaven.Next time i will visit again.

I've visited Kalpa twice and I stayed in Hotel Aucktong only due to it's service and guidance. All I can say is extremely beautiful hotel with great view and service. Being a Bengali, am always fond of Bengali food and language. The owner Mr. Shyamal Debnath is highly experienced with mountain life and can be your constant guide towards the whole journey... He also arranges end to end itinerary including all transportations from Delhi / Chandigarh / Shimla. He is just a phone call away in Himachal Pradesh at - 9816179457.. You can check with him for any tour in Himachal Pradesh..

Really low-class hotel. No professionalism or customer service(they asked us to buy bread on our way to hotel for breakfast which was already paid for in package)food was like you will puke.They kept soiled blankets and refused to change thise stating everyone asks to change it and it's not possibleIn peak winters they don't keep a hot-kettle in room,multiple power cuts(no generator),no water-we had to carry buckets of water to flush the toilets,no geyser and worst part in peak winter they refused to provide a room heater - after much trouble they provided and charged RS 500 for 12 hours(also most of the time not working).

It was a family trip. We loved this place. Mr. Shyamal Debnathji ensured that we are comfortable. Its a good place and you can drive easily to the suicide point from this place. the view from our rooms were awsome.
